Regarding people on public assistance, Carl Paladino said they can be housed in under used state prison facilities where instead of handing out the welfare checks, we'll teach people how to earn their check. We'll teach them personal hygiene. Does that make him a good fit for New York or not a good fit for New York?
Good fit for New York Not a good fit for New York Unsure
